Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By installing or using Prayer Times ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. The App

Prayer Times computes Salah times and Qibla bearing using astronomical algorithms running on your device. It is provided for personal, non-commercial use as a one-time purchase on the App Store and Google Play, with no subsequent in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no advertising.

3. Accuracy & Reliance

We make a good-faith effort to compute accurate prayer times for your location using established methods (Meeus astronomical algorithms, seven traditional calculation conventions). However:

• The App is not a substitute for an authoritative local timetable issued by your community or local mosque.
• Magnetic compass readings depend on your device's hardware and surroundings; metal objects and electronic interference can affect the Qibla direction.
• Always verify with a trusted local source if precision is critical.

The App is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not accept liability for missed or incorrectly timed prayers, magnetic deviation in compass readings, or any other consequence of relying on the App.

4. Permitted Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.

5. Intellectual Property

The App's code, design, and trade dress are the property of D2V Solutions. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.

6. Privacy

We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data on any server we operate. The only network call the app makes is to your platform's standard reverse-geocoding service (Apple/Google) to display your city name. See the Privacy Policy for full detail.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms; the current version always lives at this URL. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
