By downloading, installing, or using Pawly ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Pawly is a pet care management application that helps users track pet health, reminders, feeding schedules, expenses, and veterinary contacts. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Account and Data

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter into the App.
• Your data is stored locally on your device. Pawly does not require an account or login.
• You are responsible for backing up your data. Pawly provides export/import functionality for this purpose.

4. In-App Purchases

• Pawly offers a one-time "Pawly Pro" upgrade for additional features.
• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms.
• Refund requests must be directed to the respective app store.

5. Permitted Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within Pawly are the intellectual property of the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Pawly is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for medical decisions regarding your pets.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
