Overview
Pawly is designed with your privacy in mind. We believe your pet data is yours and yours alone.
Data Collection
What We Collect
Nothing. Pawly does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All data you enter (pet profiles, reminders, documents, expenses, vet contacts) is stored locally on your device.
Analytics
Pawly does not use any analytics, tracking, or telemetry services. We do not track your usage behavior.
Crash Reporting
Pawly does not include any third-party crash reporting SDKs.
Data Storage
- All app data is stored locally on your device using on-device storage.
- Photos you add are saved to the app's private documents directory on your device.
- No data is transmitted to any server or cloud service.
In-App Purchases
Purchases are handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not have access to your payment information. Purchase validation is handled by RevenueCat, which processes only anonymous purchase receipts. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for details.
Backup & Restore
The export/import feature creates a local JSON file on your device. You control where this file is saved and shared. We never access or transmit backup files.
Notifications
Pawly uses local notifications for reminders. These are scheduled entirely on your device and do not involve any external push notification service.
Photos and Camera
When you add a pet photo, the image is stored locally in the app's private directory. Photos are never uploaded or shared with any service.

Children's Privacy
Pawly does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The App does not require any personal information to function.
Your Rights
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control:
- Access: All your data is visible within the App.
- Export: Use Backup & Restore to export all data.
- Delete: Uninstalling the App removes all data, or delete individual entries within the App.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be noted by updating the "Last Updated" date above.
